Subscribers of Easymeeting have an option to install a desktop client. This client will automatically start up when your computer starts, and it will run in the background so that you don’t have to remember to sign in to the browser client.
The Office 365 Outlook Add-On works with Microsoft’s Outlook Web App, and allows you to easily add an Easymeeting invitation to any new or existing calendar event.
Once installed, you’ll see a ‘Schedule Meeting’ icon added to your Outlook toolbar. Click on the Easymeeting icon and schedule for a meeting like you are used to.
The Windows Outlook Add-On works with local installations of Microsoft Outlook. Once downloaded and installed, you’ll see a ‘Schedule Meeting’ icon added to your Outlook toolbar. Click on the Easymeeting icon and schedule a meeting in your Outlook calendar like you are used to.
Requirements: An Easymeeting service with a EasyNumber + MS Outlook for Windows (2010, 2013, 2016).
